We use USPS shipping services. Depending on your shipping address and the USPS shipping service you select, the delivery time can range from 1 to 8 business days. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses and non-contiguous addresses take longer to arrive.

For international orders including the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Mexico, Philippines, and Romania you will be able to select from the following shipping options:

• USPS First Class International Mail: 3-8 weeks, sometimes longer.

If you are not completely satisfied with a KOAPRO purchase or gift for any reason, a full refund to the original payment method is possible, provided that the items are in new or minimally used condition, and they are returned within 30 days from date of purchase. A proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds.

KOAPRO monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at KOAPRO’s discretion. If a return is not approved by KOAPRO for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. To confirm your identity, we may request a driver's license or government-issued ID.

We do not provide replacements or refunds for orders or items reported as missing or damaged that we reasonably believe were successfully delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

Aside from taking a minimum of 3-8 weeks for delivery, the shipment will be traceable until it enters your country, at which point it will be transferred to your local postal service for final delivery. Unfortunately, tracking will not be available once it has reached your country. You may also be asked to pick up your package at your local post office.

Additionally, this shipping method does not include insurance coverage for any loss occurring during transit. For enhanced security and peace of mind, you may opt to add insurance at an extra fee.
