"There are several things that I really liked about this medicated oil. First thing I noticed was the refreshing smell. It really reminds me of spearmint gum even though it states that the smell is lemongrass as well but I didn't pick that up as much. The scent does cover some of the menthol/camphor smell that is more typical of pain relief gels/patches. Also, I noticed that the concentration of menthol and camphor are very high. I typically see much lower concentrations of these two ingredients on other patches and gels I've used. I'm glad that it comes with a roller ball so I don't need to touch it with my hand or fingers (and accidently touch somewhere else afterwards)." - Joel

After a long day on hardwood floor and tile, my feet can get very sore feeling and tired applying some of this and then massaging them for about five minutes. Each foot does wonders my feet feel so much relief, and when I slip on just a pair of fuzzy slippers afterwords they Feel great

I've used the KOAPRO Medicated Massage Oil on my "new" knee after physical therapy or just too much movement without a break. It smells much better than the Bengay I used to use decades ago, and might be mistaken for a cologne. It reduced my pain for 2-3 hours, and by then my knee was pretty much back to "normal". Still a little sore, but much better. The roller tip is great for precise application. I think the oil is a bit pricey, but that roller tip dispenses the oil frugally.

I had an accident years ago that messed up my spine where it connects to my skull area. Then, I have extreme anxiety which keeps my shoulders raised and tense. Both of these things cause extreme pain in my neck and shoulders which then cause migraines. I have tried every muscle rub there is and none has worked as well as this does. I mean none. You don't get that icy feeling but if your muscles is tense, it will heat up. It's not unbearable or all at once either, it's slow and warm. Add the strange scent that comes from the mixture it's made with, and it's relaxing. It doesn't take much and I have even put it on my temples (kinda burns the eyes a bit but it stops quickly) and it makes the headaches leave faster.
